Heraclitus famously said, “There is nothing permanent except change.” And after 25 years of successfully serving the Catholic church, Guidance in Giving is embracing change.

Michael Cusack, a founding partner and CEO, has decided to embrace retirement. We know his driving force and leadership will be missed but we also know he has tirelessly worked to create and maintain our Catholic Development Company and deserves his reward.

Michael Goodwin has stepped up to embrace the role of CEO. He is joined by Stephen Babcock as COO, Joseph Zamorano as President: West Coast Division, Jennifer Frazer Keene as President: Diocesan Services and Joseph Neville as President: Parish Services.

Each of the Senior executives has embraced his or her role and is excited to continue the Catholic Services that have made us both successful and unique in the industry for over 25 years. They are also eager to showcase our forward-facing model as we embrace the next 25 years. The innovations in social and digital communications, multicultural engagement and acquisition of leadership gifts continues to set us apart in the field of Catholic Fundraising.

One of our taglines reads, “Catholics Successfully Helping Catholics for Over 25 Years”. This leadership intends the tradition to continue as we, together, embrace tomorrow.
