Heraclitus famously said, “There is nothing permanent except change.” And after 25 years of successfully serving the Catholic church, Guidance in Giving is embracing change.

We are saddened to announce the retirement of Michael Cusack, founding partner and CEO. We know his driving force and leadership will be missed, but we also know he has tirelessly worked to create and maintain Guidance in Giving, and deserves this reward.

We are pleased to introduce changes in the leadership of GIG. Michael Goodwin has accepted the role of CEO. He is joined by Stephen Babcock as COO, Joseph Zamorano as President: West Coast Division, Jennifer Frazer Keene as President: Diocesan Services and Joseph Neville as President: Parish Services.

Each of the Senior executives is prepared to continue the Mission Driven Services that have made us both successful and unique in the industry for over 25 years. They are also eager to showcase our forward-facing model as Guidance in Giving embraces the next 25 years. The innovations in social and digital communications, multicultural engagement and acquisition of leadership gifts continues to set Guidance in Giving apart in the field of Catholic Fundraising.

One of GIG’s taglines reads, “Catholics Successfully Helping Catholics for Over 25 Years”. This leadership intends the tradition to continue as we, together, embrace tomorrow.
