Project Description

While the construction of a parish hall, used on daily basis by a variety of organizations at OLPS, was a necessary and successful endeavor, the $1.2 million in remaining debt was holding the parish back from future renovations and plans. Through a carefully planned campaign, Our Lady of Prompt Succor was not only able to eliminate the debt, but do so in a much shorter amount of time than was anticipated. This will save tens of thousands of dollars in interest, funds that can be put towards ministries, programs, and campus improvements. As they have raised in excess of 125 percent of their original goal, they are now in a position to concretely plan for upgrades to the school and look towards the future.

Our Lady of Prompt Succor recently completed a $1,200,000 campaign to retire debt from the construction of the beautiful Divine Providence Center and address unscheduled maintenance issues with the parochial school. To date, over $1,600,000 has been pledged. The people of Prompt Succor responded generously of their time, talent and treasures to ensure the next phase of expansion and renovation can be met from a greater position of stewardship.
